Welcome in!

I’m so glad you came to visit. This website was created by the prompting of the Holy Spirit and the support and encouragement of my family, friends and my church.

I attend Christ’s Church in Jacksonville, Florida. I absolutely love my church. I married my husband there in 2013 but that’s not the only reason I love it. My church family, especially my pastor and his wife, has not only encouraged me, but the whole congregation, to remember that the building we worship in, is not the church, but it is us, as a whole that is.  We are encouraged to go out into our neighborhoods and be the hands and feet of Jesus. We are reminded that we have been entrusted with the gifts that God has given us and it is up to us to use them to build the Kingdom of God and to spread The Word of the Gospel. I see it happening all around as our congregation reaches out to our community.  It is a beautiful thing to witness and I am so proud and excited to be a part of such an amazing church body! (Have I mentioned that I LOVE my church?)

It is through this continued teaching and lots of prayer that has led me up to this point with my ministry journey.  Something that started as just an encouraging website for us to share our stories has turned into an opportunity to host women’s retreats for the women of Jacksonville and surrounding areas.  It is an exciting new time and I look forward to continuing the journey. I hope you will join us as we continue to trust what God is doing in our own back yard.

So all of that to say, this website was created in an effort to use the encouraging gift that was God given to me.  Please take some time to look around, catch up on all the amazing things happening in my blog and feel free to leave me comments if you are encouraged. Also don’t forget to check out information on our upcoming Women’s Retreat this year. You do not want to miss it!

Most importantly, if you have a prayer request you would like to share, please make sure to let me know. It would be an honor and a privilege to stand with you in prayer.
