Leaving a Legacy of Hope
Psalm 112 1-2
1 Praise the Lord.[b]
Blessed are those who fear the Lord,
who find great delight in his commands.
2 Their children will be mighty in the land;
the generation of the upright will be blessed.
I am a less than perfect person, claiming God’s promises by sharing stories of my past, present and hope for the future in effort to encourage others to enjoy their daily walk with Christ. Trusting His Word and in Who He is, and that through Him, generational chains of bondage will be forever broken in order to leave a legacy of hope for my family and those who come along for journey.
Hi, my name is Susan and I am a 46 year old woman who can finally see myself first and foremost as a daughter of the King.
I am grateful for the opportunity to come alongside women, encouraging them each step of life’s journey . I have had the privilege of sharing my powerful personal testimony many times over. I was also blessed to be a speaker at the She Who Believes Women’s Conference at Christ’s Church in March of 2017 as well as held my first Women’s event this past March.
I am a wife, a mother and a grandmother who through many trials and errors continues to walk out the journey of my faith and my purpose as it is revealed.
I would love it if you would join me.
I have learned many things during the many seasons of my growth but just recently I have been reminded that as a follower of Christ, I have been entrusted with two things. Entrusted with a gift and entrusted with the Gospel. I am responsible for using my gift the way God intends and to share the hope that comes from knowing that Christ is the true Son of God, that He was crucified, that He died and was raised to life to save us. This website is part of my attempt to do just that and one of the most important things I’ve figured out is that in order to share the Good News, we need to be in community with each other. It’s important to remember that we were not meant to do this thing called ‘life’ alone.
We need God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit more than anything, but we also need each other.
Romans 1:12, NLT When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours.
So grab a cup of coffee, tea, etc, pull up a chair and let’s encourage each other.
In reading this site, you know a whole lot more about me than I know about you. Imagine me sitting, cup in hand, leaning forward, eager to hear more about your journey.
